Samsung today announced a new low/mid-range Windows Phone named Omnia M (model: GT-I8350).
The new Omnia M is a successor of original Omnia 7 device and features: 1GHz processor, 384 MB of RAM, a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 4GB of internal memory, 5 megapixel back camera, VGA front facing camera and 1500 mAh battery.
Samsung Omnia M will be available first in Europe and later on in other regions, but still no details on pricing and exact availability.

Nokia 808 PureView is the best camera phone ever made. We already saw a lot of great pictures and videos taken with this 41 megapixel monster, but the last one uploaded by Nokia is absolutely stunning. Nokia team took the 808 PureView to Iceland in an attempt to photograph the Earth from space.

The LG Viper 4G LTE runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 CPU with 1GB of RAM. It has a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800) IPS display, NFC with Google Wallet, 3G EV-DO Rev. A, LTE, a 5MP rear camera, front facing VGA camera and 1700 mAh battery. It sells for $99 with a new two-year service agreement.

We’ve seen iPhone wallpapers and themes before, but this one’s special in that it has had PiZero’s full care and attention lavished on it. And iStyle is free for the next five days, should you want to grab it, it’s compatible with all Symbian devices from the last six years and it includes a full set of iOS icons. In fact, the only worry is whether Apple’s lawyers will be bursting into action, so best download it now rather than later. Screenshots below.

One might argue that this is little more than a novelty, and you’d be right. But, after all, I was very taken with a recent Android 4 theme for Symbian, so it really does take all sorts. And, after all, as the old saying goes, “a theme change is as good as a rest”….
